Since IPsec routing information do not show up in the normal routing
table, also displaying the contents of table 220 on netother.cgi might
be useful for debugging purposes.
The second version of this patch omits the output if routing table 220
is empty and introduces a custom translation for IPsec routing table
entries instead of just adding the table number to the generic translation.

This patch adds German translations for the new DNS CGI, some parts of
the hardware vulnerability mitigation CGI, improves some existing
translations and corrects some Deppenleerzeichen and Bildzeitungsbindestriche.
The third version of this patch is correctly based against upstream 'next',
honours Michaels opinion and contains updated language_issues.de and
language_missings files.
Since "./make lang" complains about missing translations marked as unused
in first place, no changes have been made to them in order to avoid
collateral damage.

Because the ISP-assigned nameservers do not have any TLS-hostname
information they cannot be used, when TLS is activated.
They only can be used if they will be added as "regular" DNS servers
with a TLS-hostname.

- Deleted old headline in advanced section cause it is not needed anymore.
- Added check if settings do not includes 'DAUTH', if possible SHA512 will be used and written to settings file.

Fix a bug that allows users to add multiple NICs to non-bridged zones.
This fix includes a new error message.
Unused zones are now invisible instead of grey.
This is a bit shouty and there are various places where we do not
warn about this problem, so this patch makes it more consistent.

This patch adds a notice with a link to the Wiki-page https://wiki.ipfire.org/configuration/network/proxy/extend/wpad to the new WebGUI-Setion to make the user aware of the fact, that WPAD will only work correctly if he makes further adjustments:
- Add DHCP-Options for WPAD via DHCP
- Add HOST-Entries to DNS and Apache-vhost or haproxy-frontend/backend or firewall-redirect for WPAD via DNS
These additional options depend on the users environment and can not be shipped by default as they might break the users setups.
Note: The translations are only done for "en" and "de" yet!

In some cases, it might be useful to create an additional
host (i.e. for round robin loadbalancing) without assigning
another PTR to the IP address specified.
This patch introduces the ability to check or uncheck
PTR generation for each host individually.
