	- The `@final` decorator now sets the `__final__` attribute on the
	  decorated object to allow runtime introspection. Backport from

	- Add `is_typeddict`. Patch by Chris Moradi (@chrismoradi) and James
	  Hilton-Balfe (@Gobot1234).
