Adolf Belka b1d7e005e8 glib: Update to 2.68.1 ...

- Update from 2.54.3 to 2.68.1
- Update rootfile
- glib-2.54.3-compile-fixes-1.patch not required, all changes now
   incorporated in the source tarball
- meson/ninja have replaced autotools
- As so's updated ran find-dependencies
   No additional programs flagged up
- Changelog is too large to include here
   Full details can be viewed in the NEWS file in the source tarball
   Large number of bugs fixed
