Peter Müller 6eb221c2e5 update ca-certificates CA bundle ...

Update the CA certificates list to what Mozilla NSS ships currently.

The original file can be retrieved from:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/raw-file/tip/security/nss/lib/ckfw/builtins/certdata.txt

The second version of this patch superseds the first one and
bumps the LFS version of ca-certificate, too. Me stupid...
