Update the CA certificates list to what Mozilla NSS ships currently
(some Turktrust root CAs have been dropped).

The original file can be retrieved from:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/raw-file/tip/security/nss/lib/ckfw/builtins/certdata.txt
