- Update from 2.5.4 to 2.5.5
- Update of rootfile

    Release 2.5.5.
	Support Unicode when starting servers on Windows.
	  * src/assuan-socket.c (utf8_to_wchar): Rename to
	  (_assuan_utf8_to_wchar): this and give global scope.
	  * src/system-w32.c (__assuan_spawn): Use CreateProcessW.
	m4: Update with newer autoconf constructs.
	  * src/libassuan.m4: Replace AC_HELP_STRING to AS_HELP_STRING.
	build: Update to newer autoconf constructs.
	  * configure.ac: Use AC_CONFIG_HEADERS instead of AM_CONFIG_HEADER.
	  Use AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS instead of AC_GNU_SOURCE.
	  Use AS_HELP_STRING instead of AC_HELP_STRING.

	Fix crash when logging.
