3c4eaa3d2d glibc: Ship the icon data. 
This is required that the iconv function (part of glibc) works
properly.
Those files also need to be shipped with the next core update.

8e57f22328 miniupnpd: fix for build with newer iptables. 
IPT_ALIGN is replaces by XT_ALIGN since iptables 1.4
and the compatiblity macro is removed in 1.4.14.
