Fix gateway code that manipulates /etc/hosts.
...
Generally all hosts that have got "gateway" in their name
have been removed from that file.
E.g. vpngateway.

Removed xen and x11libs because Dom0 is not needed so far in
...
ipfire 2.x. We only need the xen kernel so that ipfire will
run in a VM. (Saving same building time).
