zabbix_agentd: Update to 6.0.22 (LTS)

- Update from version 6.0.21 to 6.0.22
- Update of rootfile not required

Bugs fixed:
- ZBX-23417: Fixed possible memory leak when checking modbus.get[] item
New Features and Improvements:
- ZBXNEXT-6554:	Increased remote command execution limits to 16MB
