fuse: Update to 3.10.4

- Update from 3.10.3 to 3.10.4
- Update of rootfile
- Changelog
   * Building of unit tests is now optional.
   * Fixed a test failure when running tests under XFS.
   * Fixed memory leaks in examples.
   * Minor documentation fixes.
