zabbix_agentd: Update to 6.0.33 (LTS)

- Update from version 6.0.30 to 6.0.33
- Update of rootfile not required

Bugs fixed:
- ZBX-20766: Fixed confusing port binding error message
- ZBX-24391: Fixed Zabbix agent to return net.tcp.socket.count result without error if IPv6 is disabled
