samba 3.6.25: fixes for lfs-file

Removed 'unrecognized' configure-options.

Deleted empty tab at line end and moved line '-mkdir -p /var/ipfire/samba'
because of error message:
'mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/var/ipfire/samba’: File exists'
