nano: Update to version 8.2

- Update from version 8.1 to 8.2
- Update of rootfile not required
- Changelog
    8.2
	• At a Yes-No prompt, beside Y and the localized initial for "Yes",
	  also ^Y is accepted.  Similarly, ^N for "No", and ^A for "All".
	• A text-highlighting bug with Alt+Home/Alt+End is fixed.
