zlib: Update to version 1.3

- Update from version 1.2.13 to 1.3
- Update of rootfile

	- Add minizip testing to Makefile
	- Read multiple bytes instead of byte-by-byte in minizip unzip.c
	- Add memory sanitizer to configure (--memory)

	- Various spelling and typo corrections
