Adolf Belka fc2a771c97 perl-Date-Manip: Update to 6.85 
- Update from 6.40 to 6.85
- Updated rootfile
- perl-Date-Manip is a dependency of the swatch addon
- Changelog is too long to include here
   Full changelog can be viewed in tarball
    Approximately 31 bug fixes in the 36 releases between 6.40 and 6.85
