This release contains various regulatory updates for different countries, too many to list them here. While https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/developers/regulatory/wireless-regdb mentiones http://drvbp1.linux-foundation.org/~mcgrof/rel-html/wireless-regdb/ as the location for release announcements, that server seems to be defunct, so there is only https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/sforshee/wireless-regdb.git left for further details between the 2019.03.01 and 2020.11.20 version.
