Arne Fitzenreiter aee52e38d0 Revert "ship updated bash and readline" 
there are missing files libs/bash/* in the rootfiles and there
are addons linked against readline-6.3 so we still need this
as readline-compat

This reverts commit 5c0345f5c1.
