afdf148388 Split web-user-interface from apache2 LFS file 
It is completely unnecssary to have this in one file
and using options for the LFS is more of a hack than
a solution.

cbdee67e06 openssl: Don't ship an SSE-optimised version of libssl 
This one does not benefit at all from any optimisations
of this kind. Only libcrypto.so.10 which holds the implementation
of ciphers and hashes gains better performance by using SSE2.

6b7cbc8f33 vpn-statistic: move collectd.vpn to /var/ipfire/ovpn/ 
collectd.vpn needs to be within /var/ipfire/ovpn so that the
ovpnmain.cgi is able to write the status files from the n2n connections
to the file.

91c2eaec9a vpn-statistic: create collectd wrapper to restart collectd when first vpn was created 
This wrapper is only used, when the first openvpn RW is created. Then
the collectd has to be restarted to get the vpn Data and create rrd Data
