fa4762fbf8 network: don't set ip address "1.1.1.1". 
This change made also green-only with dhcp possible.
configure green to 1.1.1.1 and red to dhcp client and RED_DEV=green0.

0f1c4de9a9 Don't load H323 conntrack modules by default. 
This happens to cause trouble with transmitting the audio through
an IPsec tunnel.

fb27520e25 Increade lcp-echo-failures. 
This should make DSL connections more stable if the provider's
gateway is headily loaded and does not answer the LCP echo requests
in time.
As far as I know, this happens with connections from Arcor
and Versatel.
