6e903b7f08 Disable VDR plugins from being built 
These seem to be incompatible with GCC 6 and I do not have time
to sort them out right now.

f25314afd7 vdr_eepg: fix source download. 
the external server has changed the compression so the md5 has changed.
Always use the IPFire server as primary download source.
