cb1fb69145 Fixed some minor things in networking/red script. 
Force vsftpd not to use pam.
Enable amavisd-new on postfix.

b3f09dd8e6 Wrote a fetchmail init script. 
Added some files to the iso needed by spamassassin.
Sample config for amavisd.
Fixed the error with empty dns and gateway when red is static.
Updated usb- and pci.ids.
