628ad2c117 reiser4progs: Remove package as reiser4 is no longer supported in IPFire. 
The next kernel won't bring a reiser4 module, so the tools are
pretty useless and they don't compile with GCC 4.4.

d3cb99ade2 toolchain: ccache: Make two passes for ccache. 
The first pass will compile ccache which is statically linked and
is used for the cross toolchain.
The second pass is dynamically linked and is used to the target
system.
