use HTTPS for links to fireinfo.ipfire.org
...
Since fireinfo.ipfire.org is now supporting HTTPS, the
links in the WebUI should point to the secure version of the site.

The proper way to mark readonly is to use readonly="readonly", not
readonly="true", like it was done some places.
