f15707c78c buildprocess: Add extra metadata to pak lfs files
* Add a Summary and Services field to all pak lfs files
* Replace occurances of INSTALL_INITSCRIPT with new INSTALL_INITSCRIPTS
  macro in all pak lfs files.

c49bf5412b speedtest-cli: Fix for bug #12602 - CORE 155 error with speedtest-cli
- Update from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 - fix for bug #12602
   Updated addon installed and fix confirmed
- Update rootfile
- Changelog
    Address issue where a test server may return an HTTP error during upload or download
    Address issue where ignore_ids may be empty or have empty values

2dc2a27803 lfs: Drop quotes in DEPS variable
Not sure why this has ever been there. This simply makes it
nicer to read and edit because we can have line-breaks now.

This seems to be required although the documentation says
that Python 2 is supported.

9875e9f2ae speedtest-cli: New package
This is a CLI implementation to test the speed of an internet
connection.

I find this quite useful when there is no access to a client
computer on the network and this will give you a rough idea
about the connection speed.
