this lower the compression ratio sligtly (the ramdlisk is 100kb
larger) and use only a single thread now. (it's still faster than
before on a dual core.)

This file contains our custom settings:
* Always load microcodes as early as possible
* We now compress the initrd using Zstandard which is substanstically
faster than XZ, but offers better compression ratios

Intel has pulled these microcode updates because of
random system reboots and systems becoming unstable.
