This script is called when an OpenVPN Roadwarrior client
connects or disconnect and logs the start and duration
of the session.
This can be used to monitor session duration and data transfer.

This file is being read by some packages to find out on what
distribution they are running on.
This file needs to be included in every Core Update.

Since Go has a horrible build system which requires a Go
compiler to build the Go compiler and takes a very long
time to compile, we are following Rust and are using the
"official" pre-compiled release tarball.
We no longer ship the Go runtime, which mitigates the
risk of shipping any malware.
Because we currently only have one package using this
and which is only being compiled for x86_64, we are
only making Go available on this architecture.

When using a swap file, it is not being activated correctly
when the filesystem it is residing on is not mounted, yet.
The root file system is mounted read-only here before
S40mountfs is being executed.

This daemon needs to be launched in order to use LVM
devices in IPFire.
It will run on all installations after this patch has been
merged but only consumes very little memory.

This script runs through /usr/lib and /lib and tries to find
all libraries which are no longer being used and more and
deletes them.
This will help us to free space on root partitions that
are limited to 2GB.
However, the script does not cover 100% of the cases, so that
some files still need to be deleted manually (e.g. boost with
their weird versioning schema).
This script should be executed after a Core Update has been
installed.

The safe search code relied on working DNS resolution, but
was executed before unbound was even started and no network
was brought up.
That resulted in no records being created and nothing being
filtered.
This will now set/reset safe search when the system connects
to the Internet.

SMT can be forced on.
By default, all systems that are vulnerable to RIDL/Fallout
will have SMT disabled by default.
Systems that are not vulnerable to that will keep SMT enabled.
