8acdb5225d glibc: Fix build on x86 
Some files that are patched for ARM are not available
on the x86 source tree. Hence the sed command should not
be executed.

ee717901ed glibc: Update to 2.5 on i586. 
This enabled IPFire to run some precompiled third-party software
on it. We may as well expect some performance improvements.

f7623512be tzdata: New package. 
Adds timezone data to ARM architecture. The new glibc does not
install it on its own.
Maybe we want to use this for i586 as well, because the data
is way more recent.
