Read-in the requested backup file line by line and directly deliver this
as stream to the client.
This fixes the problem with very big backups on systems with very
limited RAM, which resulted in an OOM kill of the CGI and delivery
process.
Fixes#13096.

In order to be able to run the ISO command on command line it is helpful
that the script does not go into background halfway through the process.
We should rather start it as a background job straight from the CGI
script.

This disables the theme support and makes it impossible to use any other
themes than the ipfire default theme.
The only intention of this patch is to hardcode the theme to ipfire.
To change any cgi we have is an ugly way, but the only way to do this
fast. The colour handling needs certainly to be improved as well, but
this will and should be done in other patches.

This parameter was passed to some shell commands without any
sanitisation which allowed an attacker who was authenticated to
the web UI to download arbitrary files from some directories
and delete any file from the filesystem.
