ace40c90ec pakfire: add function to extract backup includes. 
this is needed to fix some addons with missing includes at the next

b3f09dd8e6 Wrote a fetchmail init script. 
Added some files to the iso needed by spamassassin.
Sample config for amavisd.
Fixed the error with empty dns and gateway when red is static.
Updated usb- and pci.ids.

83d95bf153 Not every process has to wait 60 seconds to start. 
We need to load the idn module into php.
Some packages are not compiled any more.
