Most of these files still used old dates and/or domain names for contact
mail addresses. This is now replaced by an up-to-date copyright line.

The perl-Net-IP module provides various methods for validating
and calculating IP-addresses (both IP protocols supported) and
is a runtime dependency of guardian 2.0.
