68e2844141 rust: Update to 1.65
For details see:
https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/blob/stable/RELEASES.md#version-1650-2022-11-03

I started updating rust to 1.65 mainly because 'clamav 0.105.1-3' and the
shortly thereafter released version 'clamav 1.0.0' need at least 'rust 1.56':
"Building ClamAV requires, at a minimum, Rust compiler version 1.56, as it
relies on features introduced in the Rust 2021 Edition."

At this point we were still on 'nightly 2022-01-27'. Ok then...

But it was a bit more tricky than I thought, because this update wouldn't build without
patching most of the existing rust-crate-lfs files in a way I didn't expect.
Please note the patch series following this update...

Nevertheless, the update to 1.65 and ALL testbuilds completed without any errors.

Unfortunately, I can only provide the rootfile for x86_64 - I don't have the appropriate hardware
for anything else.

9a7e4d8506 Switch checksums from MD5 to BLAKE2
Historically, the MD5 checksums in our LFS files serve as a protection
against broken downloads, or accidentally corrupted source files.

While the sources are nowadays downloaded via HTTPS, it make sense to
beef up integrity protection for them, since transparently intercepting
TLS is believed to be feasible for more powerful actors, and the state
of the public PKI ecosystem is clearly not helping.

Therefore, this patch switches from MD5 to BLAKE2, updating all LFS
files as well as make.sh to deal with this checksum algorithm. BLAKE2 is
notably faster (and more secure) than SHA2, so the performance penalty
introduced by this patch is negligible, if noticeable at all.

In preparation of this patch, the toolchain files currently used have
been supplied with BLAKE2 checksums as well on
https://source.ipfire.org/.

4f2a9813c0 make.sh: Add some commands to build Rust packages
This is a small set of commands that will be needed to build Rust
packages.

The idea is to have a couple of macros which do not have to rewritten,
but can be customised across the lfs files.

6cf219c427 Drop support for i586
This patch removes support for i586 according to the decision being
taken over a year ago.

It removes the architecture from the build system and removes all
required hacks and other quirks that have been necessary before.

There is no need to ship any changed files to the remaining
architectures as the removed code branches have not been used.

aafdd71b04 switch arm 32 bit arch from armv5tel to armv6l
we have no supported armv5tel board left so we can switch to the higher
arch. This now can use the vpu (still in softfp calling convention to
not break existing installations.)
this fix many compile problems, also boost is now working again.

For details see:

Please note: I can only build on Intel 32bit and 64bit, rootfiles for 'aarch64'
and 'armv5tel' are still missing.

For details see:
https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/blob/master/RELEASES.md

Unfortunately I can only build with 32bit and 64bit, this is why I
couldn't upload the rootfiles for 'aarch64' and 'armv5tel'.

Tested here with 'suricata 5.0.5' - running without seen problems.
