4ba14aa2ba fmt: Update to version 10.0.0 
- Update from version 9.1.0 to 10.0.0
- Update of rootfile
- sobump so ran ./make find dependencies. This highlighted mpd but that needs to be
   updated anyway as the existing version does not build with fmt-10.0.0
- Changelog is too large to include here. See the file ChangeLog.rst in the source tarball

39f94ee8eb Drop support for armv6l (and armv7hl) 
This removes support for building IPFire for 32 bit ARM architectures.

This has been decided in August 2022 with six months notice as there are
not very many users and hardware is generally not available any more.

cb170abd3b fmt: Convert from build only to run time also for mpd 
- libfmt required in run time by mpd
- mpd changelog specifically said fmt was a build only dependency
- Bug#12909 flagged up that fmt was also a run time dependency for mpd
