Historically, the MD5 checksums in our LFS files serve as a protection
against broken downloads, or accidentally corrupted source files.
While the sources are nowadays downloaded via HTTPS, it make sense to
beef up integrity protection for them, since transparently intercepting
TLS is believed to be feasible for more powerful actors, and the state
of the public PKI ecosystem is clearly not helping.
Therefore, this patch switches from MD5 to BLAKE2, updating all LFS
files as well as make.sh to deal with this checksum algorithm. BLAKE2 is
notably faster (and more secure) than SHA2, so the performance penalty
introduced by this patch is negligible, if noticeable at all.
In preparation of this patch, the toolchain files currently used have
been supplied with BLAKE2 checksums as well on
https://source.ipfire.org/.

- Update from 1.0.6 to 1.0.8
- Update of rootfile
- Changelog
1.0.8 (13 Jul 19)
* Accept as many selectors as the file format allows.
This relaxes the fix for CVE-2019-12900 from 1.0.7
so that bzip2 allows decompression of bz2 files that
use (too) many selectors again.
* Fix handling of large (> 4GB) files on Windows.
* Cleanup of bzdiff and bzgrep scripts so they don't use
any bash extensions and handle multiple archives correctly.
* There is now a bz2-files testsuite at
https://sourceware.org/git/bzip2-tests.git
1.0.7 (27 Jun 19)
* Fix undefined behavior in the macros SET_BH, CLEAR_BH, & ISSET_BH
* bzip2: Fix return value when combining --test,-t and -q.
* bzip2recover: Fix buffer overflow for large argv[0]
* bzip2recover: Fix use after free issue with outFile (CVE-2016-3189)
* Make sure nSelectors is not out of range (CVE-2019-12900)

Most of these files still used old dates and/or domain names for contact
mail addresses. This is now replaced by an up-to-date copyright line.
Just some housekeeping... :-)

Server. Habe damit schon begonnen. Bisher aber leider nur die Pakete von
A bis B einschliesslich. Ich hoffe da macht jemand anderes weiter.
Hinzu sind die Pakete, deren Mirrors ausgefallen sind, schon umgezogen.
