	 * Fix build with autoconf 2.70+.
	 * Fix CPU stats on older Linux kernels.
	 * Make sure to count processes in an unknown state.
	 * Check if -ltinfo is needed when linking ncurses.

	 * Fix build with -DNDEBUG.
