- Created (mostly) for old openvpn graphs
- RRD removed when no graph modification for +365 days
- chosen since graph max out is 365 days
- fcron job runs once per week
- chosen since this is just a cleanup and it doesnt need to run everyday
Note: logging can be added if needed.

Problem:
Every once in a while 'logwatch' creates an empty log file with 0 Bytes.
Probably 'logwatch' conflicts with the logrotate job which is
launched at the same time.
To avoid this in the future, the start of logwatch was postponed for
four minutes.

The cleanup script is called every hour and deletes expired clients from
the clients file.
every night the captivectrl warpper runs once to flush the chains and
reload rules for active clients

DDNS will automatically take care of the updates by tracking
them in a database and re-execute the update after 30 days.
