nut: Update to version 2.8.1

Browse Source 
- Update from 2.8.0 to 2.8.1
- Update of rootfile
- Disable creating docs i9n configure statement
- Changelog is too large to include here (~500 lines). For more details read the NEWS.adoc
   file in thye source tarball.
