- Extend CloudState and Config to include CloudAppURL
- Update RPC methods to handle both API and app URLs
- Modify cloud adoption and settings routes to support custom app URLs
- Remove hardcoded cloud app URL environment file
- Simplify cloud URL configuration in UI
