chore/Deprecate browser mount (#752)

* chore/Deprecate browser mount

No longer supported.

* Remove device-side go code

* Removed diskChannel and localFile

* Removed RemoteVirtualMediaState.WebRTC

Also removed dead go code (to make that lint happy!)
